Day 39

"Sunday it was, Sunday the first of March."

How fortuitous that this line belong to this day. It could have been last night, but the sleep took over. It could have been this evening, but distractions came to play. So now its now, at 12.36 am on Sunday, the first of March. A sign? A sign.

Good thing I wrote the above when I did, because 20 odd hours later this has been a long and full on day. So. Many. Chores. The walk, filthiest, muddiest of the season, R100. Major deep clean. Big meal prep. Falafel, hummus, tzatziki, guac, tabbouleh, this lentils and vegetables curry thing, lots of fruits and veggies chopped and prepped, lots of seeds and nuts soaked. Then weird random sudden explosive diarrhoea! Maybe bad litchi? No idea. Pain everywhere. Popped more pills. Tonight's goal - early to bed, give myself a solid chance of waking up early tomorrow. And then maybe, hopefully, a new start? Or at least a shift. Not a new start, no. Just a slight patient shift, towards a better tomorrow.

So so so grateful for the heavy lifting boy did on chores. Wouldn't have been possible without him taking the bulk of it on. This gives me all the foundation I need, and the plan is robust. All thats left to do is do. #1of100happydays
